My salesperson was Ben. He is so incredibly knowledgeable about every part of the store and helped me select the perfect pieces to compliment the style of my house and preferences just by asking thoughtful thorough questions to fully understand what I was looking for and understand my preferences-dining, living room, bedroom and office along with some amazing purple pillows. When there was an issue with my bed frame being back order, Ben worked tirelessly and came up with creative solutions to get the bed on time as planned. The selection is incredible. I was not an Ashly furniture fan before my latest shopping experience in CF store. I plan to do my future furniture shopping there and hopefully with Ben’s help. Thanks all for the great service and going the extra mile!

Let me start off by giving the biggest kudos to Fred P., sleep specialist, and Serena C., floor specialist, from the Cedar Falls location. They were so wonderful during this entire process. I started off with Fred the sleep specialist. He was so knowledgeable about mattresses. You’d think I’d know more since I’ve been sleeping on one all my life, but nope. Once you go to him, you’ll quickly find out how much you didn’t know and how much of a better sleep you could be having. He was a pleasure to work with and helped me and my son pick our new mattress at the best price point for us. Thanks, Fred! **P.S. I suggest buying the mattress covers also because they work great!** My pup wanted to mark her territory on my son’s bed, and that mattress cover did not let a drop go through. I washed it, and it’s as good as new. I’m so glad we got them. Serena the floor specialist. She was so great. So patient and understanding with us the entire process. She answered any questions we had and brought us all over the store to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She made sure all our deliveries would be scheduled for the same date including the mattresses. She even made sure my special order would be ready for that delivery date also. I just appreciate when a team member goes above and beyond like that! We even went back to add another item to the list, and she was just wonderful every single time. When we go back, we will definitely be asking for her again. (Thanks, Serena.) Lastly, the delivery team, Aaron and Tristan, were extremely efficient and so kind. They brought everything in on time and built everything so fast. I’m so thankful for such a WONDERFUL experience and customer service from start to finish. We bought a mattress from Sara and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! She had us test each one, read our body language and positioning to see which one was best, and gave recommendations. I would absolutely come back again

packy had helped us get our couch right when we had walked in, he didn’t hesitate to match the price online. he had made it very simple and quick checking out. Nate was also very helpful and both were very understanding and easy to talk to!

I had a near perfect experience at this store while shopping for a new bed and lounge chair. Mary Anne first helped me with some options on the chair and bed frame. I felt like I could be as picky as I wanted and was met with patience and professionalism. She went to research more options for me and a gentleman named Ben helped me find the perfect bed. He was very knowledgeable and entertained my every curiosity. I left feeling like I had gotten exactly what I wanted and even better. I hate shopping with salesman but this was refreshingly pleasant experience.

I had Rachel as my sales person. She was very friendly, very informed about my different options. I really enjoyed working with her. If I have need to look for additional furniture in the future, I will definitely seek her help and go back to Ashley furniture for my choices. It was a great experience.

We walked into Ashley Furniture on Saturday looking for a chair and ottoman. My daughter and I were browsing for quite a while before Nate warmly greeted us and asked if anyone had helped us yet—I told him he just did! From that moment on, he was incredibly helpful. Nate went above and beyond by matching an ottoman to our existing living room furniture (purchased elsewhere), and it was a perfect match. A few days later, he helped me complete the purchase of the chair and ottoman we originally came in for. During the sale, Nate was multitasking like a pro—helping me, assisting a coworker, and answering the phone—all while keeping a smile on his face. He even price-matched the online pricing without hesitation. If you want top-notch service at Ashley Furniture, ask for Nate. I went in looking for some information on buying a new TV stand. I was helped by Chris W. and was very pleased with my experience. Although I was looking to bring something home that day I realized that their options were going to be a little larger than my previous TV stand. Chris helped me take some measurements and showed me some options that I might like. I really appreciated that she was not pushy about making a sale and was very helpful about showing me options and giving me the information I needed. I would love to go back to this store and work with her again!

My wife and I just purchased a couch and loveseat from Ashley Furniture. Our sales rep Rachel was extremely helpful. She printed out the product details of our first real liked items for us on Sunday when we first started our search. We went to four other furniture stores looking for another product that we liked better. We decided that we liked the items from Ashley best and returned to purchase them. Ashley Furniture has a much larger selection then any of the other stores we visited. We highly recommend Ashley Furniture.
